What kind of fragrances do you sell?

Silk and Sillage specializes in premium Middle Eastern fragrances — from celebrated houses like Lattafa and French Avenue. These fragrances are renowned worldwide for their rich, long-lasting scent profiles, exceptional projection, and craftsmanship rooted in centuries-old Middle Eastern perfumery traditions. Each fragrance is its own genuine, standalone product, proudly made by its own manufacturer.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, 100%. Every bottle is sourced directly from authorized distributors and arrives in its original, sealed packaging exactly as the manufacturer intended. We never sell decanted, tester, or repackaged stock.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped nationwide across South Africa. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is a flat R99, and free on all orders over R1,500. You can track your order at any time using our Track Order page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via Yoco, which supports major credit and debit cards, Instant EFT, and other local South African payment options.

What if I don't love the scent I ordered?

Please see our full Refund Policy for details on returns and exchanges. In short: reach out to us within the eligible window with your order number and we'll gladly help sort out an exchange or refund for unopened, unused items.

How do I choose the right scent for me?

Browse our collections by scent family — Fresh & Clean, Sweet & Gourmand, Woody & Spicy, and Floral — to find a profile that matches your taste. Each product page includes a full olfactory pyramid (top, heart, and base notes) plus guidance on the best season and occasion to wear it.

Do you offer smaller / travel sizes?

Currently all our fragrances are available in 100ml bottles. We're looking at introducing smaller sizes in future — follow us on social media or join our mailing list to be the first to know.
